Cancelation Policy

Cancelation for Tours

If you cancel your reserved tour up to 16 calendar days prior to the tour date, there is no penalty and you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your reserved tour from 15-8 calendar days prior to the tour date, there is a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the tour and you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel your reserved tour from 7 calendar days (one week) before the day of the tour, there is a 100% penalty. The cancelation is therefore non-refundable.

Cancelation for Transfers

If you cancel your reserved transfer service up to 16 calendar days prior to the transfer service date, there is no penalty and you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your reserved transfer service from 15-8 calendar days prior to the transfer service date, there is a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the tour and you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel your reserved transfer service within 7 calendar days (one week) before the day of your service, there is a 100% penalty. The cancelation is therefore non-refundable.

Cancelation for Other Activities

For any third party partners (such as horse riding, photography, sailing tours etc.), the cancelation policy may vary. Please let us know about your issue and we will reply with all the necessary details per case.
