Ftelos Brewery
Ftelos Brewery is the newest brewery in Santorini offering you a unique experience through beer tastings accompanied them in pairs with regionally selected bites based on Mediterranean cuisine with fresh Greek products by smaller and selected producers.
You will be able to taste 6 different beers, each one of them having a unique taste and organoleptic characteristics.
Ftelos´ brewery vision is to satisfy many different tastes and please beer lovers and non-beer drinkers alike, through an exclusive hospitality experience.
Canava Ouzo Distillery
CANAVA SANTORINI was established in 1974 on Santorini island. Since then, they produce fine spirits with the same principles and the same local materials with recipes that have been inherited through generations.
At Canava Santorini it is followed a slow procedure to prepare their spirits in the Greek handmade copper alembic stills giving them unique aromas, taste and exceptional product quality.
You will be able to taste:
“OUZO CANAVA SANTORINI” which is made by following a traditional slow procedure to prepare it. Its superior quality is characterized by the aroma and the taste of the currants of Santorini’s Asyrtiko, saffron and anise.
“TSIKOUDIA SANTINO” which is distilled from the grape marc that comes exclusively from Santorini’s varieties Asyrtiko, (80%), Aidani and Athiri. Every bottle of tsikoudia “SANTINO” is in limited quantity, seals the aroma and the tradition of Santorini.
“CANAVA SANTORINI LIQUEURS”. You will be able to taste one of the following liqueurs: Cherry, Tentura, Mastiha, Rose, Coffee & anise, Prickly pear, Banana, Parfait d’amour.
Gavalas Winery
Gavalas family winery, one of the oldest wineries in Santorini counting five generations of winemakers.
This family winery gives proper respect to the local varieties, focusing on limited production bottlings. Gavalas winery vinifies the most vibrant variety in Greece, Assyrtiko, as well as Aidani, Mandilaria and Mavrotragano.
It is the only winery in Santorini that vinifies the indigenous rare varieties of Katsano and Voudomato.
You will be able to taste 4 different wines including: Posta (PGI Cyclades), Santorini (PDO Santorini), Xenoloo (PGI Cyclades), Vinsanto (PDO Santorini).
